OCTOBER 2007Chamber will Testify in Favor Of ZTA To Increase Height in Ripley District The Chamber will testify to support a zoning text amendment being introduced by Councilmembers Valerie Ervin, Nancy Floreen, George Leventhal and Duchy Trachtenberg to increase the height limitations in the Ripley District for those projects that include ground floor retail. Testimony will take place at a Planning Board hearing this week and before the County Council next week.
